General FAQs

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. 

A luggage room is at Clients’ disposal free of charge.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your arrival date to avoid a fee. 

Cold A/C works from May 15th to October 15th. 

The out-door Pool is available from May 15th till October 15th 

If still possible at the moment of your confirmation, we could keep at your disposal one of our reserved individual garages (cm 515 L x 200 H x 300 W) in the auto-parking “Riviera” (at about 200 m.) at the daily charge of 30,00 Euro.

The day of departure, the garage will be at your disposal till 12.00 noon if not differently agreed (EURO 2.70 each extra hour).

To access the garage, you need a key and a pass available at the reception by leaving a deposit of Euro 10,00. This deposit will be refund, upon departure, after returning the pass and the key to the receptionist.

The auto-parking “Riviera” is also a public parking at the price of Euro 2,70 per hour.

We have a limited number of sun beds  at the “Regina Elena Beach”, 800mt far from the Hotel.

The Restaurant “DA ALFREDO”, in the same building but separately managed, offers menus “a la carte” of local and Italian cuisine.
